This program Is designed to provide the essential practices and skills required to perform Medical Coding and Billing Duties. Students will develop the knowledge and skills needed to perform optimally as Medical Billing and Coding Specialists. The program places emphasis on preparing claims for billing, compliance issues and how to communicate with Insurance Companies in order to ensure maximum claim payments on the initial claim submission.
